Refund policy

In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for an exchange or refund. It must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. If the item is damaged upon arrival or is found to be deflective after first use, please contact us immediately and send an email of the issue you're experiencing. 

Return Process: To return an item, please email customer service at support@bougiedenoircandle.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

After receiving a RMA number, place item back into its original packaging, and mail your return to the address that's given in your email.

Please note, you are responsible for return shipping charges. It is strongly suggested that you use a trackable mailing method.

Refunds: After an inspection of your return and approval of refund request, we will process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
